Yoga your way

Online

Some people find live video stream classes and workshops more convenient and feel more comfortable and confident practising at home, be it in a shared online space or one-to-one.

Indoors

Others prefer to get out of the house and connect with a group in a studio, workplace or community setting. They like seeing the teacher and each other in the room. They may want to get away from screens when they can.

Outdoors

Many people like practising outdoors because it increases their enjoyment, awareness and positive energy. It ticks lots of boxes, making the most of your time and offering multiple benefits. Enjoy fresh air, exercise and mindfulness all in one go!

“I’d never done yoga before I started classes with Sally. I felt better in my head and more in my body so I kept coming back”.

- Jean Louis, Hackney
